I designed the Fleet Card Replacement screens and flow to allow customers and Fleet Service Representatives to order a replacement card when they’ve either lost, stolen, broken, or demagnetized their previous card. The Fleet card allows for payments under $100 for fuel and routine maintenance.
I designed new layouts and interfaces for the Preventative Maintenance and Mileage Reporting for various users of GSA Fleet. I constructed task flows for the journey users would take to report their vehicle maintenance and mileage.
